Papertrey September Blog Hop Challenge
The Papertrey September Blog Hop Challenge includes a lovely assortment of seasonal packaging for our inspiration photo.
I love the greys and greens in this photo, so that is the inspiration I used for my card today.
For the evergreen sprigs, I used a green ombré ink pad to add dimension, and a white Wink of Stella pen to frost the pinecones.
The border is a strip of cherry wood veneer paper.
My favourite part was creating the snow; I mixed clear glitter into the texture paste to add some sparkle before I spread it over the stencil. Sadly, you can’t see it well in the photo, but in real life, it’s pretty sparkly 🙂
Do you use texture paste? Leave a comment below and tell me what your favourite stencil is. Do you make your own?

Thank you! It’s a bit early for Christmas cards, but I figured since Hobby Lobby’s doing it… 😉
